Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. On our first visit, we’ll confirm entry details, and after each clean, we send a quick photo showing your gate closed and secured.
Yes, as long as your dog is friendly and comfortable around people. If your pup gets a bit protective, please keep them inside or secured while we work.
We group neighbourhoods by day to keep routes efficient and prices affordable. You’ll be assigned a set day and time range for your area, and we’ll stick to that schedule each week.
